Our recycling heros - KitePride

BlogOur recycling heros

Today is global recycling day. Let us celebrate together by recognizing our recycling / upcycling heros who help us provide jobs to survivors of prostitution and human trafficking by donating their old kitesurfing kites, sails, wetsuits and parachutes. From their old gear, we create bags. Through each bag sold, continuous safe rehabilitation employment is provided + fabric saved from landfill. Even in times as uncertain as the one we are facing now, social and environmental impact and our role in maintaining it is priority. We all have the power make a social and environmental impact, to promise to be as responsible with our resources as we can and to be inspired by those around us who are leading the way.

Let today be the day you pledge to become one of our heroes by either donating your old gear or buying a bag. Buying a bag allows us to provide stability and structure to those at risk.
